Cancellation Policy

100% refund if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.

50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.

No boats with motors - paddle boats only in the lake.
No ski jets allowed.

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Cleaning Practices

Cleaned with disinfectant

Minimum 2-day vacancy between guest stays
Check in and check out with no person-to-person contact
All towels and bedding are washed in hot water that’s at least 60ºC/140ºF
High-touch surfaces cleaned with disinfectant (like countertops, light switches, handles, and faucets)

Location is remote enough that relaxing is the easiest thing to do but within minutes of any stores you might need. Peaceful property. Lake full of fish. Pretty much awesome all around.

I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay here. Possible one of the best vacation rentals with so many amenities. The kitchen is beautifully stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable and numerous. If you and your family love being outside then this place is perfect. From the private lake for canoeing and kayaking to miles of trails for hiking, with the dogs, this place checks all the boxes.

ABOUT THE VILLA

This property lives up to the name Villa which by definition is a large and luxurious country residence.

Apollo's Villa is a beautiful, brand-new structure nestled in the woods of Georgia on a working 1200-acre farm. Your wrap-around porch gives a view to a 15-acre lake.

The Villa includes two large kitchens, a movie room, a game room, a bar room with a poker table, a pool table, and hiking trails - nature at its best!

Area attractions include Jimmy Carter's boyhood Farm, Providence Canyon State Park (one of Georgia's seven natural wonders), Andersonville National Historical Site (civil war prisoner camp) Callaway Gardens, and Pine Mountain Georgia to name a few.
